All matches, excepting the final, are to be played by the dates indicated on the draw and on a common day of access. The final is to be played ON the date indicated on the draw.
It is preferred for matches not to be played during competition times. For those wishing to book within a competition field, prior permission must be sought from either Andrew Potter, Neil Rolfe or Liam Sheils (preferably a written/email request). Bookings within a competition field will only be permitted at the back of the afternoon field. Members who book incorrectly will be asked rebook their match.

- Round 1 to be played by Sunday, 19 June
- Round 2 to be played by Sunday, 3 July
- Round 3 to be played by Sunday, 24 July
- Quarter Finals to be played by Sunday, 31 July
- Semi Finals to be played by Sunday, 7 August
- Final to be played on Sunday, 14 August
