{"id":2008,"date":"2021-05-12T18:15:20","date_gmt":"2021-05-12T10:15:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.pennanthillsgolfclub.com.au\/cms\/club\/governance\/"},"modified":"2026-04-23T19:24:29","modified_gmt":"2026-04-23T09:24:29","slug":"governance","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.pennanthillsgolfclub.com.au\/cms\/club\/governance\/","title":{"rendered":"Governance"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Members rights to financial records:<\/h2>\n<p>Clause 17(a) of the Registered Clubs Regulations provides:<\/p>\n<p>A registered club must:<\/p>\n<p>(a) prepare, on a quarterly basis, financial statements that incorporate:<\/p>\n<p>(i) the club\u2019s profit and loss accounts and trading accounts for the quarter, and<\/p>\n<p>(ii) a balance sheet as at the end of the quarter.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Additionally, clauses 17(c) to (e) inclusive of the Registered Clubs Regulations provide:<\/p>\n<p>A registered club must:<\/p>\n<p>(c) make the financial statements available to the members of the club within 48 hours of the statements being adopted by the governing body, and<\/p>\n<p>(d) indicate, by displaying a notice in the form approved by the Director-General on the club\u2019s premises and on the club\u2019s website (if any), how the members of the club can access the financial statements, and<\/p>\n<p>(e) provide a copy of the financial statements to any member of the club or the Director-General on the request (in writing) of the member or the Director-General\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Members can access this information by applying in writing to:<\/p>\n<p><strong>The General Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Pennant Hills Golf Club<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Members rights to financial records: Clause 17(a) of the Registered Clubs Regulations provides: A registered club [&hellip;]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"parent":1988,"menu_order":34,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"templates\/page-modular.php","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"footnotes":"","_links_to":"","_links_to_target":""},"class_list":["post-2008","page","type-page","status-publish","hentry"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.3 -
