Board Nominations – Now Open

Notice is hereby given for nominations for the election of all Directors & Officers to the Board of Pennant Hills Golf Club Ltd.

Nominations for election to the Board must be made in writing on the approved form, signed by at least two (2) Voting Members of the Club and must also be signed by the Nominee.

Each nomination must state the Office or Offices for which the Nominee is to be nominated for election and must be delivered not later than 5.00pm on 25 September 2023 to the office of the General Manager.

The proposer, seconder and nominee must be financial members or Life Members at the time that nominations are called. Any defect in a nomination must be rectified by the candidate prior to the close of nominations.

A candidate may only withdraw their nomination in writing so as to be received by the Returning Officer prior to the close of nominations.

Nominees are advised that if elected they may be asked to complete the mandatory Clubs NSW Director training within twelve (12) months of their appointment. Failure to comply will result in individual penalties being issued by the Office of Liquor & Gaming. Recognition of prior learning is also available.

Members appointed or elected as a Club Director need to apply for a Director Identification Number prior to their appointment. Eligible Directors who fail to apply by this deadline could be issued with an infringement notice of face civil or criminal penalties.
