A full member of the Australian PGA, Neil is proud to lead an exceptional team at Pennant Hills. With a strong background in membership services, retail, and club fitting, Neil is committed to provide genuine, efficient and reliable service to the highest standards for the Club’s members and visiting guests.

Teaching Professional/Junior Golf Coordinator – Rachel Bailey
Rachel toured professionally for 10 years on various tours including the Ladies European Tour, Symetra tour in the USA and the Australian Tour and is a full member of the Australian PGA. Rachel also holds and “Advanced” coaching status with the PGA and is certified with the Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) and Trackman. She is passionate in teaching all levels of golfers from beginner to elite and coordinates the Pennant Hills Junior Golf Program.

Golf Operations Manager – Andrew Potter
Andrew manages the Golf Operations at Pennant Hills providing efficient and reliable service to members. For visiting players Andrew is always ready to assist with golf event enquiries.
In 2019 Andrew completed his Diploma of Golf Management with the PGA IGI.

Assistant Professional – Liam Sheils
Originally from Ireland, he has over 10 years experience working in the golf industry at a variety of different courses in both Ireland and Australia.
Liam is a full member of the Australian PGA and has completed the Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) course and is also qualified as a Positive Coaching Alliance Double-Goal Coach.
Liam can develop action plans for novice, intermediate or advanced level golfers to help achieve their golfing goals.
